- In this variant typical Punto Banco baccarat game play, third card rules, types of bets and payouts apply. Namely, you bet on the player, banker or on tie and they pay out 1:1, 0.95:1 and 8:1 respectively. Sometimes optional Pair side bets are available.
- The game begins by placing your bet. Then the dealer gives two cards each to the player and the banker. Afterwards, the dealer turns the cards face-up and only the cards dealt to the position with highest cumulative wagers are squeezed.
- A third card is given only in situations where either the banker or the player has a total of an 8 or a 9 and they both stand. Also, if the player has a total of 5, he can hit i.e. be given a third card. Another situation where a third card is dealt is when the player stands and the banker hits on a total of 5 or less.
