Live Baccarat Control Squeeze: Our Review, How and Where to Play

by admin

Live Baccarat Control Squeeze by Evolution is a live dealer baccarat game released in 2016. It boasts an RTP of 98.94% with a minimum bet of $5 and a $10,000 maximum wager. The game is available on both desktop and mobile and features a unique card-squeezing mechanic.

Effectively, this game is merely a special kind of table for Evolution Baccarat. It’s all about allowing players to virtually squeeze their cards as they reveal them. It’s also a high-roller online baccarat table, relatively speaking. In this Baccarat Control Squeeze game review, we’ll take a look at how these features affect the overall experience.

As we already glossed over, there is no difference between this game and any other live baccarat table. Still, in case there are beginners reading this, we’ll explain how Control Squeeze Baccarat works.

Live baccarat is all about two card piles – Player and Banker. Both receive a number of cards during a round, and your job is to predict which one ends up with a higher score. Alternatively, you can bet on a tie. You will find all three of these options in the middle of the screen. Click on any of them to make your bet.

The dealer will then place two cards each on both piles. The one closest to a total of 9 wins. In this part, it’s important to understand how baccarat card values are calculated. All cards worth ten or more (Jack, Queen, King) count as 0. Ace counts as 1. All other cards are valued as usual. However, if the total score of a pile goes over 10, only the last digit counts towards winning the round. For instance, if the Player side has 12, it only counts as two.

Lastly, a third card is occasionally delt to either side. This happens only if the total score from the first two cards is 5 or less. The only exception is if the Player has 0-5 and the Banker has 8 or 9. In this case, the Banker side wins with no additional cards. That’s why Banker has a slightly higher chance to win, and a 5% commission is charged on all Banker bets.

  • Fun as it is, the Control Squeeze part of this game is purely cosmetic.
  • Unless you’re looking for the squeeze feature or high limits, there are better Evolution baccarat tables out there.
  • All standard baccarat strategies to win fit Baccarat Control Squeeze by Evolution perfectly.

Since this is a standard live baccarat online game, the payouts are standard as well. This pretty much just means that Player and Banker main bets pay even money. Tie bets pay 8:1, which could be higher. 9:1 odds on baccarat tie bets are the upper end of the industry standard, though.

The table above also takes into account the standard 5% commission on all Banker bets. Player/Banker pair is the only side bet available. Like always, though, it has a horrible RTP rate of 89.64%. Speaking of which, the overall Evolution Baccarat Control Squeeze RTP is also standard – 98.94%.
