Pragmatic Play has completed the acquisition of Extreme Live Gaming, the live dealer subsidiary of Austria’s Novomatic Group and will now add live dealer games to its portfolio currently including slots, bingo and scratch cards. The financial terms of the agreement haven’t been disclosed.
Extreme Live Gaming was founded in 2013 and acquired by Novomatic in 2014 as one of the fastest growing providers of digital casino games for the online gaming industry. Being licensed by Malta Gaming Authority and UK Gambling Commission, the company offers a range of desktop and mobile live dealer games to its customers.
Pragmatic Play Pushes Forward
Malta-based development studio, Pargmatic Play has a huge list of clients in over 70 countries including the biggest names like LeoVegas, Mr Green, Betsson, BetVictor and Cherry’s ComeOn.
Their diverse portfolio has more than 80 HTML5 games and they are continuously launching new content with an average of two new games per month. Some of their most popular titles are Queen of Gold, Wolf Gold, Panther Queen, Hot Safari, Gold Rush and Chilli Heat which all prove their motto of constant innovation and dedication.
