Playtech Debuts Two New Live Games

by admin

Playtech is on fire this month.

After launching Live Cashback Blackjack with Betano/Stoiximan, the provider has added two new titles to its live games portfolio.

The Collaboration with PokerStars

In partnership with PokerStars, Playtech has launched an exclusive new multiplier-based Live Roulette variant, Spin & Win Roulette.

Spin & Win offers the potential for players to land a multiplier of up to 100x. Unlike other multiplier-based roulette variants, here every straight-up position on the roulette layout is multiplied.

Kevin Kilminster, Head of Innovation at Playtech Live, said they’ve delivered a combination of exciting gameplay and great win potential.

“With every straight-up position multiplied, players no longer have to wait to see if the stars align with single number multipliers.” So, this gives the game an even more compelling feel for all.

The Collaboration with GVC

Another Playtech’s collaboration was with GVC, to develop Majority Rules Speed Blackjack. They’ve designed the new scalable Live Blackjack variant around community play. This is a new level of player interaction.

The game features two different modes. These are Majority Rules and Best Strategy, with the number of players in each round dictating the mode.

In Majority Rules mode, all players vote on Hit, Stand, Double or Split actions. And, a 50% or greater vote triggers an automatic action.

Meanwhile, in games with fewer players, Best Strategy mode activates. Here, player hands are automatically resolved according to the pre-defined Blackjack best strategy flow. For both mode types, players need to decide in advance whether to accept a vote or the best strategy decision.

Matt Charlesworth, Head of Live Casino is excited to offer this first of its type game to players. According to him, Majority Rules Speed Blackjack captures “a real community feel”.

“The game is fully scalable, offering something very different for players, without deviating from classic European Blackjack with popular sidebets.”

First launching as an exclusive, Majority Rules Speed Blackjack will be available network-wide from July.
