The EGR Nordics Awards celebrate the most successful and innovative online gaming companies that operate in the Nordic region.
This year the awards ceremony took place on Tuesday, 28 January 2020 at the Hilton, Malta located in St. Julian’s on 28 January.
Evolution was competing against contenders from all gaming verticals and has beaten eleven other shortlisted companies to earn this prestigious award.
The Impressions
Sebastian Johannisson, Chief Commercial Officer at Evolution, said upon receiving the award,:
“Winning this award three times in a row is a real honour. It has been another remarkable 12 months for Evolution, in which we released more titles than ever before, offering our operators’ players even more superb Live Casino classics and Game Show style games.”
Johannisson also mentioned the company’s expansion of the Malta studios. He said that enabled them to have an even stronger presence on behalf of their licensees serving the Nordics region, “offering more localized tables and bespoke content.”

Recent Ventures
Even though the year has only recently begun, Evolution has been busy with expanding their games portfolio.
The provider has released a new variant of blackjack titled Speed Blackjack, which stands out as an innovative and fast-paced game. In other news, Evolution has launched their Live Casino content in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, after signing an agreement with Pennsylvania-based Parx Casino.
Having secured all the necessary licenses, the Swedish company is on the way to grow its presence in the United States further.
